21 Mar 14 Perfect Pairs of High Street Loafers to Start Wearing Now
If you haven’t been loafing around all winter already, it is fully time to get started. Spring is coming (shall we start a count on how many times this phrase has been typed by my own fair hands?) and its time to loosen up your ankles in preparation. I don’t know what that means either, but basically it is time to step into spring with some less heavy footwear. A loafer, if you haven’t noticed already, is a perfect candidate for the task. If you are having trouble letting go of your trusty track sole boots, don’t worry you can replace them with an equally sturdy pair of chunky loafers and be perfectly on trend. Or you can go a bit more classic with something more streamlined if you wish, there is a loafer for everyone. And until such a time that we can bravely turn an ankle to the sun, we can rest assured that socks only make them look more wonderful. So, it’s decided, on with the shoes.
Well these are a trusty pair. I actually bought these over a year ago I can vouch for them.
This is a whole vibe and I am here for it. Add a preppier vibe with a touch of shine.
Well this is an elevated pair and they are selling out fast. There is backless pair too that come in 3 other shades if you miss out on these.
Not all shoes have o be black. Unless you are me. But these are really a treat and will work wonderfully for spring.
Heritage vibes.
The contrast stitching adds interest to this dark brown pair and is really going to vibe with your white socks.
I personally love a gold chain detail on a loafer and these are lovely.
Don’t leave your feet out of the fringe trend people.
I love a vagabond shoe for a long lasting classic.
If you’re not into gold, why not give silver a go?
Classic.
I have a trusty H&M lace up that has been reliably stomping me through the snow all winter. These premium ones live up to their name.
The perfect chain buckle detail and some really rather lovely socks too.
Cos are nothing but classy, as always.
