20 Aug Get Your Greens – 5 Ways to Work It
GREEN IS HERE TO STAY
So is it just me or is green basically a neutral now? Ok maybe that’s a little over the top, but it has made its way so firmly into our lives that we can’t even remember it being up for debate. From a little bit out there, to the colour to be seen in this Spring and now she is here to stay. If you are looking to add a little touch of green to your life, here are 5 ways to work her into your wardrobe.
SLINKY
Green looks gorgeous in silks, satin and plissé. We have all marvelled at how fabulous Zoe Kravitz looked in her silky green skirt and white tank top on the streets of New York. If you are looking to try your own version of the look, the high street is currently offering up a plethora of silky slips of their own, such as this sage Ankle-length satin version from H&M, or how about this fabulous handmade neon green silk slip from Etsy. But there is also a whole host of slinky items that look marvellous in Green, so let your creativity run wild.
These are so gloriously glossy and green. If you don’t want to go head to toe, team the look with a white tank or oversized shirt.

KNITWEAR
One thing to look forward to about Autumn/Winter? Knitwear!

I can’t think of many things better in life, than a perfectly oversized knit. The knitter is busy at work creating them by hand in NZ and they ship worldwide.
